Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or streaming any content on aumovies.in or the AU Movies mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the linked Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Subscription & billing
- Subscriptions are offered on monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans. Current pricing is listed at /plans. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST.
- All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. You will be reminded before renewal.
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from Account → Subscription. See /cancellation.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (PayU, PhonePe). AU Movies does not store your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.
3. Account & access
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. AU Movies is not liable for unauthorized use of your account.
- Simultaneous streams are limited per plan. Attempting to bypass this limit may result in account suspension.
4. Content & catalog
- The catalog is licensed and may change over time. AU Movies does not guarantee that a specific title will remain available for any specific duration.
- Content is streamed for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, screening, or public display is prohibited.
- Downloading, re-recording, or circumventing digital rights management (DRM) is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.
5. Refunds & cancellation
Refund eligibility, request procedure, and processing timelines are described in the Refund Policy. Subscription cancellation is described in the Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) share, sublicense, or resell your account credentials; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service; (c) upload malicious code; (d) use the service in a jurisdiction where it is not offered; or (e) violate any applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
7. Limitation of liability
AU Movies is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, AU Movies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid to AU Movies during that period.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
