Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your AU Movies subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately; your access continues until the end of the paid period you already own.

1. How to cancel

1. Sign in at aumovies.in.
2. Go to Account → Subscription.
3. Click Cancel subscription and confirm.

You can also cancel by emailing support@au-movies.com from your registered email with the subject “Cancel subscription”.

2. What happens after cancellation

• Auto-renewal is stopped immediately. No further charges will be raised on your card, UPI, or wallet.
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period (last day of the month for a monthly plan, last day of the quarter/year for longer plans).
• Your watchlist, continue-watching, and account remain saved. Re-subscribing at any time restores everything.

3. Cancellation vs. refund

Cancelling is not the same as requesting a refund. Cancellation prevents future charges; a refund reverses a past charge. If you want your last charge refunded, please also file a request per the Refund Policy.
